- A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable.
Remaining Balance:
- The remaining balance of 70% is due on the day of your arrival. Payment must be completed before check-in.
Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. A separate confirmation will be sent once the remaining balance is processed.
If the remaining balance is not received on the day of arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.

Brand new apartment, renovated and furnished with very good taste, equipped with all comforts. Very comfortable bed, well-functioning air conditioning. Great location, located in the center but in a quiet street. Parking without problems right in front of the house. Friendly and helpful host, he allowed us to postpone the check-out for a few hours to meet our needs, check-in and communication in general very simple and immediate. Enjoyed having drinks in the fridge on arrival.
